Having these ready usually makes the process quicker. The leasing team will tell you exactly what they need for your situation.
- A piece of photo identification
- Proof of income or employment, or proof of enrollment and a guarantor for students
- References, such as a previous landlord
- Your consent for a credit check
- The move-in date and the lease length you're looking for
