Since 2002, Helisis has acquired, developed and held rental buildings in Greater Montréal. The portfolio is managed in-house by our own team, and new buildings are developed for long-term ownership.

We build to keep

Because we hold what we build, design decisions are made over the life of the building: a mass timber structure at ANDAS, durable finishes and acoustic performance.

We manage our own

Our team runs leasing, maintenance and tenant relations for our 11 buildings, from heritage greystones by McGill to new construction.

We develop with partners

Developments are carried out in partnership with Gestion Kokolakis, led by engineer Tania Kokolakis, with Syscomax as construction partner.
