5420-5440 place Pontiac holds a special place at Helisis: it is one of the family's first buildings, bought in 2002. This three-storey brick building from 1978 has 16 apartments, almost all of them 4½. Every unit has its own washer-dryer hookup, and residents have parking behind the building. More than twenty years later, the family still manages it.
Place Pontiac is a quiet residential street in Brossard, on Montréal's South Shore. Daily errands are easy, and Panama REM station is about two kilometres away, with light rail across the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge to downtown Montréal. Full-size apartments, in-unit laundry hookups and on-site parking make it a practical choice with a direct transit link to the city.
The building began life as two eight-unit buildings side by side. Today it is one 16-apartment building for families, where every unit has its own washer-dryer hookup.

- Each lease includes one parking spot unless it says otherwise. Park only in your own spot. If someone is in it, send a maintenance request with your apartment, spot number and the car's model and plate, and we'll have it towed. On moving day, park the truck on the street.
- Garbage and recycling
- Garbage goes in black bags in the containers by the back parking lot; the blue recycling bins are by the street. Nothing on the ground next to the bins.
- Bulky items
