Living in Brossard

Quiet streets on the South Shore, with the REM to downtown.

Brossard is a South Shore city across the St. Lawrence from Montréal. Its residential streets are calm and leafy, apartments are larger than downtown, and parking is easy.

Since 2023, the REM light rail has run from Brossard across the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge to downtown Montréal, which makes the commute simple. It is also where Helisis put down roots: the family bought its first South Shore building here in 2002.
