Avenue Lorne is one of the short, quiet streets of Milton-Parc, tucked between Rue University and Avenue du Parc. McGill's Roddick Gates are about a six-minute walk, and Rue Prince-Arthur and Rue Milton, with their cafés and small restaurants, are a few blocks away. Mount Royal park is a few minutes away on foot.
In 2022 we renovated 16 of the 17 studios: new lacquered kitchens with quartz counters, new floors and refreshed bathrooms.
