3675-81 rue Sainte-Famille is a set of four connected brick and stone buildings from 1928, with 42 apartments behind four separate entrances. Layouts are mostly 3½ and 4½, plus a few 5½, with one to three bedrooms. Most apartments have been renovated, with quartz counters in the renovated units. A central gas system heats the building, and there is a laundry room in the basement. Helisis has owned it since 2014.
The building sits on the upper, quieter end of Sainte-Famille, a few minutes from Avenue du Parc and the slopes of Mount Royal. The Hôtel-Dieu hospital is around the corner, Place-des-Arts metro is about ten minutes on foot, and the McGill campus is within walking distance.
The building is set around a small front courtyard, and its four separate entrances mean each stairway serves only a handful of apartments. We replaced every window in 2014, then the boilers, the electrical panels and the entrance doors. Storage lockers and the laundry room are in the basement.

- Garbage and recycling
- The bins are in the courtyard. The green bins take recycling only, with no plastic bags. Flatten your boxes and, if the bin is full, set them next to it.
- Parking
- Street parking only. The lot along the south side belongs to the neighbouring building.
