Espace Bannantyne is a two-storey commercial building in Verdun with 25 private offices for freelancers, professionals and small teams, along with larger commercial spaces for local businesses. An elevator serves the building, large windows bring in natural light, and some offices look toward downtown. Helisis has owned it since 2019.

Verdun is one of Montréal's most liked neighbourhoods, and Espace Bannantyne gives local businesses a professional base close to home. De l'Église and Verdun metro stations on the green line are each a twelve to fifteen minute walk, and Rue Wellington's cafés and restaurants are close by for lunch.

Built in 1950 for Verdun's small businesses, from a glass merchant to a dry cleaner, the building has served local entrepreneurs ever since, and today mostly as private offices.
